Terms and Conditions of Sale
Dealer Pick Up orders require a minimum of two hours’ notice.
FOB Shipping Point, UPS, common carrier or Load Rite truck with accompanying trailer order.
Parts order shipped with trailer order via Load Rite truck. Any additional charges by an outside carrier such as, but not limited to, C.O.D. fees or fuel surcharge are the sole responsibility of the dealer. This applies to prepaid and collect shipments.
A minimum processing fee of $8 per order will be assessed on every parts order.
Prices subject to change without notice. Billing reflects price in effect at time of order if substitution is unacceptable.
(A) All parts are shipped C.O.D. or billable to a credit card.
(B) Warranty parts will be invoiced and sent Credit Upon Return of defective parts.
(C) Next day air shipments will be subject to an additional $10.00 Load Rite service charge if ordered after 2 p.m. on day of shipment.
There will be a $50.00 service charge on ALL returned checks.
Claims for shortage in shipment must be made to Customer Service at Load Rite Trailers, Inc. within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of goods. All claims must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Damaged merchandise claims from common carrier shipments should be submitted to the responsible carrier.
An RMA accompanied by a copy of the original invoice from Load Rite Trailers, Inc. is required to return merchandise. All returns to Load Rite must be shipped via prepaid freight. Merchandise shipped in error will be allocated full credit. Merchandise shipped as ordered and returned voluntarily is subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. No returns after 30 days. Customer must return goods in new and saleable condition. Special order merchandise cannot be canceled or returned.
All merchandise sold by Load Rite Trailers, Inc. is intended for resale; however, by law sales tax must be collected from companies that do not have a current tax exemption certificate on file with us.
